      I guess you could count free product among the pros?

      Very top heavy management of people that don't provide support or really do anything. There was also very little room for growth.

      Looks can be deceiving and this company is exactly that!

      Pros

      Fun, upbeat company. Competitive pay including fair bonuses.

      Cons

      Unrealistic sales expectations as company was unwilling to improve product quality. Their remedy was to continue to make better packaging and provide new products that were packaged well but customers hardly returned to buy the product. Jean and Jane the original founders of the company are a joke and need to retire.
