      Great benefits and vacation time offered.

      Cons

      Leadership has gone downhill. The company which was all about work life balance has now loaded their field managers with several accounts to oversee with recent layoffs. They do not care how spread thin their managers are.

      40% employee discount Free beauty services ie. brow and body waxes, tinting, tanning etc. Fun environment. 5% commission for BA's 3% for Aesthetician for product sales; plus tips. BA's can easily make an extra $700-$1000 in commission in one month depending on your sales. In high volume stores you can make $100 a week in tips - much higher during holidays and prom season. Amazing health benefits and 401k plan - if you need time off for a medical reason ie. surgery or maternity leave and have been with the company at least 2 years, you will receive 100% pay for the first 6 weeks and 60% for another 6 if needed. After 3 years you get 13 weeks at 100% pay. Not many companies offer this. Vacation and sick time is accrued. At one point I had over 80 hours of sick time - this can come in handy if you need time off for medical reasons like maternity leave. It can used to extend your time off with your new baby! You can also use the vacation time of course.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be difficult depending on who the Regional manager is. If your store is successful, sales goals become increasingly difficult - but this goes with the territory. Long hours on your feet - again goes with the territory.
