i wanted to give zero stars but glassdoor wont let me, mean girl, catty, dramatic atmosphere, poor/lack of management, no beauty or cosmetics knowledge, they still test on animals, ingredients are very unnatural and aggravating to the skin, I cannot tell you how many clients sat down with me for a "cool down" with burns, welts, and scabs from the wax. one of the most unclean "spa" "boutiques" I have ever seen. lazy, lazy, lazy. rude rude rude. unrealistic sales goals especially when the product is not even available to sell. nothing cute, girly, or fun about this place. as corporate as it comes, sell sell sell, even sell them the wrong thing just to make the sale, zero professionalism. if you like constant drama and complaining and girls who spend a half hour on the clock to apply their makeup before the store opens or a manager who doesn't even wear makeup, then this is the corporation for you. totally not what I expected. extremely disappointed. sorry I didn't drink the kool aid long enough to be manipulated into staying. when I got my paycheck, I laughed... all this drama for nothing
