The pay is amazing, I actually quite like the magic formula as a guide (but please dear god stop insisting every customer wants the magic formula done to them) my team are wonderful and you get some really great customers that love the brand. The training is also really fun! You also do get loads of free make up products which is quite nice.

Cons

My manager is one of the worst managers I've ever had - just a vile woman that makes me feel terrible every day. You feel like a failure when you can't hit ridiculously high targets and it is a extremely pressurised work environment. I do not recommend this as a part time job: it will take over your life! Also you only get £300 a year (part time) to spend on make up but if you're wearing it every shift it's a bit unfair. Also, they've just changed commission so you only get 2% commission if you sit the customer down and go through the whole magic formula with them. Which is ridiculous.
