No training, no employee loyalty care. Products are badly marketed and lack diversity and inclusiveness therefore hard to sell. Customers are more interested in new exciting brands/ products. They spend a lot of money on influencers etc but doesn’t seem to be portrayed in product development or in the team. As a black girl I feel as though I was recruited to fit the quota... but that’s another topic. There’s loads to say but I don’t want to be too negative
