      Fun, colourful, upbeat , great management support. Very social , great events, a nice bit of travel which is a nice change of scenery. They really do give great praise for you hard work nothing goes unnoticed. Can be very understanding depending on issue

      Pressure , slow personal growth , stingy on gratis , no actually makeup application training even though you do real makeovers. No certificates from Any training only benefit beauty school , what about management , empowerment etc. Too many group chats but that's important too with the kind of industry your in
