      Pros

      - Great supportive area managers!!! - Able to recruit and develop my own team - Area managers want to help develop you within the company and concertrate on your career goals - Amazing New launches and products - Always fun on counter - They train and develop all staff amazingly well including management training which other brands do not do - Constant support from management to develop you and your counter

      Cons

      - Targets can sometimes be unrealistic - Commission structure could be better as you only get a bonus if your counter hits target and sometimes targets aren't realistic which can be demotivating

      Pros

      More makeup than you'll ever need. People focused. Fun. Room to progress if you want it! Company car, healthcare etc. Lots of treats through the year at national sales conferences.

      Cons

      It's hard work, with high expectations. Not everything is wi gin your control due to counter staff being on retailer contracts.
