i’ve worked in the beauty industry for 10 years and this was the worst job i’ve ever worked. horrible employee communication, bad pay, no conflict solutions, very toxic work place, other esthetician’s can steal your clients and when you bring it up to them they act like YOU’RE the problem. if you get sick and have no sick time (this was right before* we went into covid lockdown) they will write you up for it even if you have a 103 degree fever and can’t get out of bed much less breathe. management wasn’t happy and was stressed out all the time; also don’t agree which management choice. AE for where i lived is especially unmotivating, rude, doesn’t seem to have a clue what’s going on, doesn’t listen to feedback, treats you like you’re stupid and a problem. just unpleasant
