Pros

Great team within your region, have kept most of us employed and paid through COVID. Great compensation and healthcare benefits. Great HR team & newly focused values on Diversity & Inclusion + LGTBQIA+ community.

Cons

Product assortment is not current with the needs of the market. Not everyone feels comfortable dealing with angry and aggressive customers that don’t want to wear masks in store and want to test makeup while we don’t have testers. Structure is not solid. Fearing termination due to COVID and money lost.

Upper Management is tone def and out of touch. Many higher ups get paid alot of money to pretend to do hardly any work.

Pros

Fun, upbeat atmosphere, always room for growth, amazing Benefit benefits along with the full,-time benefits that were offered by Ulta Beauty.

Cons

Being both an employee of Benefit and ULTA definitely had its cons. To be managed by someone who is unlicensed was very frustrating and sometimes political (only at the retail store I was working for ) other than than. BENEFIT COSMETICS treated me well. And I have no particular cons to mention about them.
