Pay is okay, great benefits.

Cons

Managers over all have no experience. Everyone sounds like they can’t speak proper English. HR IS A JOKE. No one has respect for you. They want you to do a 8 min brow wax and sell product in that time frame. I can handle pressure but not when someone is down my throat trying to make me sell product to a customer that doesn’t want it. Management always blamed me for services that people weren’t happy about and tried to give advice yet is not an esthetician. Should be hiring ACTUALLY estheticians for managers. NO LIFE WORK BALANCE. They look at you as a number. Nothing more.

They take care of their employees like no other cosmetic company. From pay to benefits to extra service year awards, they are always putting their people first.

Cons

I currently cannot think of any cons, I am still with this Brand and plan to be for a very long time. They are on their way up to the very top of the cosmetic empire and it’s exciting to be a part of.
