Pros

amazing co-wokers, free fruit and veggies, that is it.

Cons

watching layoffs happen right this very minute. No communication from management what is going on or what to expect, how many people will be affected. Total lack of respect for current employees. They are so focused on being profitable this year they will do anything, cut anyone, even though we are losing people from layoff and quitting left and right. Their new mission is to have 70% of employees be global associates, who will train these people, if you get rid of the people who actually do the jobs? Not sure how this aligns with their Customers at the Heart campaign, when last year proved to be a complete failure with global employees, and put our customers way behind our promised deadlines. For a company that values being local and supporting the community, not sure how this aligns with their "culture" sounds more like puts more money in the upper managements pocket. And having just hired a very high paid new Chief Security Office for the origination, who is not even local and laying off local employees, speaks volumes.

First, thanks for he work you do for us. As for your comments, there are changes happening in some areas of the company, but I can assure you that all of our management team values our US-based associates. Having a global workforce allows us to serve our customers around the clock, but the vast majority of our associates are in the US and we continue to hire many people here in the US. Your view of the changes is important, Thanks for this feedback. If you're willing to share more with me about some of your comments -- particularly around communication -- I'm willing to listen. We're growing fast and always looking to improve. – Stephanie, stephanie.feals@benefitfocus.com.

Pros

Good people, offices, flexible schedule (when not going 100mph) Free Coffee.

Cons

Pay is extremely abysmal. Of course new associates think it's great, but the turn over of seasoned employees who actually know the software, know how to engage with clients, know how to actually manage accounts speaks for itself. Closed door policies and changes Seems like senior management is extremely disconnected from associates.

Pros

They were Flexible most of the time.

Cons

They disappoint. They set employees up to fail. There is no training suitable for any position. They are not considerate and in some areas they have poor management. They cause stress and inconvenience in ones lives with no regard to their mental or physical health. Their decision to decrease staffing by 17% and using the Pandemic as an excuse was poorly communicated as well poorly executed. They have the potential to be great but some serious changes have to take place. They are failing blindly. Most of the staff is seeking other employment.
