Benefitfocus has many talented engineers and provides good opportunity for learning and growth. Benefitfocus is in a good market position and is poised for growth.

Cons

Sometimes long hours are required not because the work isn't getting down but because the expectations and scope is not managed properly.

Pros

There are some great people to work with at Benefitfocus. You can get some great entry level experience if you're willing to work some pretty insane hours.

Cons

Long hours, low pay, little to no opportunity for advancement or challenging work unless you're in the right circle of friends. Be prepared give up your weekends while being aware that you should be thankful that you have a job.
