Pros

401k, health benefits , and the lunchroom for employees, the discount even though u lowered cosmetics from 30% to 20%

Cons

From the top down. Human Resources r not human. Coworkers piranhas, front & back stabbing, steal sales. Managers do not manage. Sit in office, nepotism, only care whose selling. U could have a bloodbath between workers they don't want any involvement. No support from them, but the moment their shift is up they r out the door. They don't tell u but deduct your hourly by 10% on a rolling basis if u don't make the outrageous goals they give no consideration for the economy, u can only sell more never less.. There is so much accrued vacation, people don't take because they r afraid to lose their job, u can now roll over only a certain amount.. U r still responsible 4 numbers when not there. Associates on medical leave were told they were still being held accountable for not being there .

Pros

Employee discount, liked my boss in particular, wfh flexible

Cons

No training and are frowned upon when you ask for help. Basically they dont want to hire anyone that doesnt know everything already, even entry level. No formal reviews on performance? Pretty much no positive feedback when you do anything right. Working as late as possible is EXPECTED and you just look terrible if you dont respond to messages and emails late at night because everyone else does. Pay is bad, and they try and micromanage the hours you clock even though you are expected by your team to work crazy hours. Lunch break? We have to clock out for lunch but we just grab our food and sit down and keep working. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. 5/6 days of PTO for A WHOLE YEAR should be illegal. We are so burnt out. No incentives except for the discount aka no happy hours, holiday parties, bonuses as far as I can tell. The office space is terrible. They genuinely dont care about the happiness of their employees, since the employees get to work for the big name. Corporate feel with 0 corporate benefits Only the bare minimum of holidays off... No MLK Day, Veterans day, Easter, Juneteenth, Presidents day, Columbus day, the list goes on. Just expect to work every holiday except the major! So with that and hardly any PTO.... its hard to work here.
