-No leadership or managerial oversight -No process or structure -No work life balance. Prepare to work long hours and weekends. The quiet expectation is to live and breathe the job. -Highly toxic and abusive behavior by senior team. Be prepared to take blame for everything. -Team is so lean that everyone is doing the work of 5 people and miserable -Not collaborative at all. "Every man for himself" kind of attitude. -Be prepared to be thrown into the deep end of projects with no context and short lead time -Exceptionally high turnover. No one stays longer than a couple of months. 100/10 would not recommend to any sane person.

"Don't- This is the ugly side of retail" - this review explains everything perfectly. Don't take this job just because of the name. There is virtually no training for MA's unless you're lucky enough to have a good AB. Depending on your division you will be thrown into the deep end with little to no help. Culture - The culture is terrible and is one of the least friendly places to work, unless you fit into the "BG mold". Get ready to go out of your way to make connections because getting a "Good Morning" is hard enough. It's a very superficial environment and it shows. 5 days of vacation, a few sick days, and 2 personal days, BG doesn't really care whether you have a personal life outside of the office (unless you take days unpaid). Salary - Hourly, 9-6, most MA's hourly rates vary (enough to make you question it), MA's are generally college grads and are treated as disposable. Overall for the work you'll put in and the constant stress the pay is not worth it. Overall this company is extremely disconnected and dysfunctional and the name overpowers that. There has been a lot of movement i.e. transitions and re-orgs with ZERO plan of action. For such an "established" company the communication is pitiful, the work environment is depressing, and there is not much to look forward to everyday. This was truly a burn out, soul sucking job and I really don't recommend it.
