Abusive boss HR and management do not care about individuals, you are just a number to them I was not allowed to take lunch breaks per my boss, and then written up for it by management Constantly worked overtime, working outside of work hours, never paid for it Catty environment, people love to gossip and everyone is out for themselves - this just comes with the retail environment Quick turnaround rate because its a miserable place to work and nothing to work towards

Kind co-workers, store discount, name on resume.

Cons

Co-workers are nice but overworked. No real company culture. MAs are ignored and meant to push data into outdated softwares for 9hrs/day— you are not a valued employee, you are a robot. No professional development opportunities. Nothing is standardized— no training, performance reviews, or even manuals to learn the job on your own. Onboarding was a nightmare.
