The corporate discount is nice but they don't pay you enough so you have money to utilize it and shop.
Cons
Myself and everyone on the team got tricked into accepting a nightmare job. Department manager is obsessed with being miserable and constantly patronizing and berating the team… super jealous and competitive with the other girls in the office. HR and the managers are deceitful when they say you can change departments, you cannot. The department doesn’t have the company’s respect. You will change no one’s mind and you will not stay in this position or company for more than a year or two. Look to other luxury retailers if you actually want to be paid well, respected, and to be at a company long term.
