Decent discount and great exposure to some amazing brands!

Cons

Where do I start? Hr is incompetent, the pay is TRAGIC, and the overall work culture is TOXIC. The omni department is a joke, please avoid at all costs. They'll tell you that you can grow and eventually work in buying or marketing if you join the omni team. That's a LIE! You'll be stuck in omni prison and will eventually join the 30 other people in this past year that has left. Save yourself the headache!
