Nice people to work with. Great discount/events. Can work in the office spaces above BG store, or at Neiman Marcus hub.

Cons

Underpaid, overworked. Office culture is so-so. Little ability to grow - and no initiative taken from higher-ups to promote you. You absolutely have to advocate for yourself. Promotion pay is almost insulting, as is end of year bonuses.

Some of the nicest co workers in the world and some really nice managers. Beautiful luxury store and environment. Historic site and store.

Cons

Overworked in my particular department and horribly underpaid with very long intervals for raises and pay increase. One of the most central yet overlooked departments in the store and their corporate structure.
