Lots of support from peers. Agency provides many wellness opportunities. (Walking, mindful meditation, team activities). Safe location, nice building and office. Good benefits

Cons

If you like a challenge and work hard the work shouldn't bother you. It's social work, it's going to be a lot no matter what.
