Pros

You will always have support/feel supported, there are great benefits and profit sharing, not a toxic work environment, your success will be a priority, you will always be heard, unless you live in a luxury apartment you will be good financially, there's always something to do (meditation, walking, etc).

Cons

There are some 'mean girls' on staff but they are easily avoidable. Really nothing else bad.

Pros

Culture, Friendly Care Managers & Supervisors

Cons

Managers who don't know how to "Manage", Lack of Leadership from CEO/ COO, RUDE team members. It is unfortunate to say that after working with this agency for 5 years and hoping to progress into a higher position was all but a delusional aspiration. The management here is complacent with hiring staff who will "Yes Boss" them all the way; but will be quick to pump the breaks when you start to question things. There is no leadership provided from the two most important figures in the company, which is sad being that they work for a social service organization. They're so disconnected with jobs the staff under them perform that they wouldn't have a clue as to what goes on between departments or personnel. The direction of the organization has vastly changed in the past couple of years and the "RUDE" staff they hire, should be pre-screened or trained on how to communicate with others in a PROFESSIONAL manner. Don't expect to get far with this organization. If you're starting off your career, this is a good place to kick off your career; but, don't short change yourself. You've been WARNED!!!
