Pros

There aren't many companies that take care of their employees like Bergstrom does, We get a very generous vacation sick pay time off compensation, 401k match, bonus's, spiffs, etc. Really just a great job and I love working here. Free lunch on Saturdays, Meeting prizes for games, freedom to move around, go outside etc, doesn't get much better than this! I really do love meeting people and enjoy my job. If I didnt, I wouldnt have stayed for almost 12 years.

Cons

We do work a 10-7 shift 2 days a week. That would be the only thing I could even minimally complain about. I prefer the 830-530 shift. It's nothing out of the ordinary for this career but still is something that I would change. Nothing else that I can even think of that's worth mentioning as a con. Great Job

Working at Bergstrom Automotive began with an acquisition. It was overwhelmingly alarming at first, but the team did their best to make sure the whole crew felt welcomed and wanted. We had job security & were able to reach levels within our careers that we didn't know were possible before Bergstrom. Personally, the leadership opportunity I've been gifted has been a blessing and really allowed me to develop my leadership skills and take them to a whole new level. I have no shortage of great things to say about this company. I would recommend those looking for daily challenge, fast paced, and ever-evolving work to apply here.

Cons

The downside is there are no work-from-home opportunities,

Love the team and the fun environment. This is a company you could easily spend your entire career at. So many opportunities.

Cons

Working around beautiful new cars everyday makes me need a new one on a regular basis.
