Company is a nonprofit but with a prudent management team and long time employer for the county. Fun supportive team to work with, diverse knowledgeable peers from many different backgrounds including healthcare, business and tech.

Cons

Work is fast paced and there is always something going on. Feels at times like there is a ceiling for advancement.
