      Pros

      They have an internal agency you can work through to get more money, but at a very high cost.

      Cons

      The staffing is an atrocity. Managers are nasty and unqualified. The patient ratios are abhorrent. It is an unpleasant and unsafe workplace. There are almost no safety measures. The nursing assistants act like they run the place. People walk out on their first day because it's genuinely that bad.

      You learn a lot, and many of your colleagues are very helpful and willing to teach you various things. The leadership is also supportive when it comes to helping you obtain licenses and certifications. Overall, it’s a great experience and a good place to start if you're interested in becoming a pharmacy technician.

      Cons

      The environment can be fast-paced and occasionally stressful, especially when interacting directly with patients. However, it offers a great opportunity to develop strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
