Great Idea Of Culture; Doesn't Filter To Individual Properties

Pros

Excellent benefits and fair compensation. Gratifying work helping to find people homes.

Cons

Culture ideals are great, however, don't always filter down to individual properties. It often seems as though there are no checks and balances for individual property managers; so long as the bottom line is good. Daily environment often includes poor communication with employees and residents, lack of follow up, sporadic & inconsistent communication of and following of policies and procedures, "clique" work environment, and manager who rarely acknowledges staff accomplishments---yet takes personal credit for their ideas and successes.
