Pros

Innovative. Always room to make money!! Commissions are out of sight! I get to travel for training and can always depend on having a great time at work. I want to become a Property Manager and I know I will get the proper training I need

Cons

Long Hours. Only one Saturday off. BUT this is the peak time to make money so not really a con.

Entrepreneurial spirit combined with amazing co-workers and exceptional knowledge of the business by senior executives and below. There is a high passion to success which is invigorating and they believe in taking care of their employees.

Cons

Sometimes there are long hours but the benefits preceding those hours are worth it.
