Pros

It might depend on the property where you work, but I truly enjoy working for my Property Manager. Great benefits and vacation time. Health insurance is high compared to my last job but the rent discount is good.

Cons

High health insurance premiums but the coverage is really good. I'm a little worried about my property being sold as the company regularly sells and purchases new places.

Berkshire is a good place to work, in Berkshire the employees feel like they never leave home to go to work because when you arrive to work you feel like you are back in home again. The life of balance is very good.

Cons

I cant find any cons , the company help the employees to get all the tools to succeed .

I have been working at Berkshire Communities full-time Pros I have worked for Berkshire Communities for almost 5 years and have enjoyed every bit of it. They have given me the opportunity to grow from a Maintenance Technician upon hiring, to now being a Maintenance Supervisor. Berkshire gives you the tools, support and opportunity to grow from within and they definitely recognize dedication and hard work. I am truly grateful for the opportunities.
