Pros

This management company truly values its employees and looks to the onsite team for recommendations to operations. Senior management is relatable and is always motivating the teams and encouraging growth. The training department is top notch and I personally lean in them to help train my new recruits. This is a company I will retire with.

Cons

Seriously. None. The opportunities for advancement are available and increase each year as our company grows. We are hopefully doubling our portfolio by 2019!

Bershire invest the time and money for continuous education and technology trends. Understands work-life balance and encourages employees to maintain their balance. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Berkshire is a greet place to work and with all companies there may be a few things that someone isn't happy about at a given time. But when you stand back and ask "what's important to me and the company" you smile and feel how blessed you are to be part of the team.

FINALLY! A company that put importance of a work life balance! Unlike most companies I've experienced they are just looking for a work horse. They are amazing and actually prioritize residents and asset preservation

Cons

I love all the people in the accounting department however policies and practices seem dated
