Pros

Berkshire is a great place to work! Really good training, on-site upward mobility, allowed to be autonomous running your property, great support and an awesome culture.

Cons

The only two cons are that off-site promotion possibilities are scarce and properties can be sold pretty quickly (4-7 years) but they now have an ownership structure that's more long term hold.

I love the people in this company! The corporate offices really do care about each and every one of their employees and you can really tell! They have great management and are always providing fun trainings to keep us ahead of the game! The best job I have ever had hands down solely because of the company and people in it.

I've been at Berkshire for almost a year and I came into the industry with no leasing experience at all. I had no idea what to expect. I honestly have the best property manager, and assistant property manager in the world, they have taught me everything that I know about the industry and they truly set me up for success. This has been one of the greatest companies I've worked for so far, and I do not plan on leaving the company. I am happy I found a great company to work for while I am still young. They care about their employee's, they offer great benefits and incentives, and the pay is outstanding. I would refer this company to anyone.

Cons

No Con's. But I have to type at least five words in order to submit :)
