Berkshire offers employee's new and current the opportunity to advance within the company, great benefits package, flexible hours. I have been with the company 5 years and love my staff and managers.

Cons

A better commission scale/set up. Example: Bi weekly as opposed to once a month.

Great benefits, unbelievable support and a very rewarding career. Berkshire is very innovative and has a great training program to help you succeed.

Cons

None at all but must be able to work on the weekends. The work-life balance is a priority at Berkshire Communities.
