Pros

Berkshire is a company you can believe in, they always try to do the right thing for all parties involved. They are re-growing quickly so new job on-site jobs are plentiful. Berkshire also offers unbeatable benefits in our industry.

Cons

Not much room for growth or other avenues to explore beyond site level. Behind the times in advertising and marketing as far as utilizing new technology and social media. This is known however to upper mgmt and they are trying to push through the red tape. Only gave three stars for Work/Life Balance due to the nature of the industry, they honestly want you to take time for yourself and family but there is lack of backup support to assist when you do take time so you end up working during scheduled time off anyway.

Pros

Amazing company that offers great benefits. Really makes you feel noticed and appreciated. You have great relationships with the corporate staff, all the way up to the CEO. For such a large company, this really is an amazing thing!

Cons

As a leasing agent, the hours are long (9-7 weekdays) and the office is open 7 days a week, so you rarely have weekends off.

Pros

-Work/ Life Balance is good with lots of paid vacation time. -Competitive Pay and Bonuses. -Acquiring new properties, opportunities to grow within the company. -Friendly and supportive management team that seems to actually care about their employees.

Cons

-I pay more for Cigna health insurance than I did with Aetna at my old company, and receive less coverage in return. - OptimaRX prescription plan is terrible, denied medication I've been taking for years.
