On occasion as part of the platform the RMs have to do some actions that a PM could potentially do. However, there is typically a solid reason why in most cases this process is necessary.

Not only does the property management exceed expectations, the culture of this company and how it treats employees is phenomenal. Promoting from within and allowing so many opportunities for growth is one thing I will always brag on. This company continues to grow but keeps the small family feel.

Cons

That we need more Berkshire properties!!

AMAZING leadership, and they really know how to make you feel special. I have been with the company 3 years now and I never want to leave. Janet in training is always willing to lend a helpful hand, Tandi in marketing is incredible, Carol in recruiting is awesome, and Tom Rucker walks into a room and spreads nothing but positive energy. Cathy is an incredible role model and I admire her so much along with our regional Jennifer. Berkshire also has a diversity and Inclusion committee and they truly care about inclusion in a company. I'm honored to work with so many incredible people. The people are what makes Berkshire so special. In the middle of the pandemic I got a call from the CEO David to check and see how my team and I were doing, that meant so much and i'm so grateful for the thoughtfulness.

Cons

Would be great to get P cards for property managers but I think this is something they are working on.
