The way they handle performance issues is total nonsense. Some of the folks in management should definitely not be managing anyone. Your boss will look you dead in the eye one day and tell you that you are doing a great job and they're proud of you and they don't just let people go--instead, they coach you in the areas where you need improvement because they value you. In the next breath, BAM, you're fired.

Too old school Stuck in old and traditional ways of doing things Not nimble at all Too much time spent in meetings and over planning Too over staffed on some projects Job titles need updating Salary structures need attention Promotions are for the favorites Leadership is out of touch with reality Being there for so long isn’t always a good thing Don’t recommend this for those who want a challenge Too many people on projects and inefficiencies Benefits are ok Performance evaluation process is too cumbersome
