Pros
BerryDunn has nice, smart people who want to genuinely help clients. Smaller firm feel, with easy access to management. Lots of different work possibilities if you play your cards right.
Cons
Not unique to BerryDunn but many charge hours are expected on top of non charge new biz development and forced learning and development that doesn't really help work performance. Some busier periods can cause burnout. Pay is lower than competitors and path to promotions and raises are unclear.
