If you're considering joining this company, think twice. The organization is poorly managed, with priorities constantly shifting and no clear direction. Instead of addressing core issues, they pile on unnecessary processes and workflows that add more confusion than value. These "solutions" fail to solve long-term problems and often create new ones. The work environment is toxic, with most employees having mentally checked out and resorting to just cruising through their roles. There's little motivation or energy among the staff, which makes collaboration and innovation nearly impossible. Middle management is particularly problematic. They often treat engineering teams like children, micromanaging and berating them over minor issues instead of fostering growth or teamwork. The lack of respect and trust from leadership only worsens the already dismal morale. Unless major changes are made, this company is destined to continue its downward spiral.
