Pros

*Opportunities are there for those that want them. Your career is in your hands, there are many different ways to move vertically or horizontally. Company is on the way up, I am glad to be rising with them. Financials are strong, senior leadership is very solid.

Cons

Additional formal leadership training in house is needed. Hours can be tough at times, peak season is absolutely crazy, prob not much you can do here, but try.

Pros

I worked at Best Buy for over 3 years in customer service. The pay is low, started at $8, moved to 9.50 in 3 years. as a part timer, i got between 20-40hrs a week, mostly getting about 30hrs a week. Duties other then customer related involved product restocking, managing cash reg.

Cons

selling magazines to customers at point-of-sale. I got MVP 9 months in a row, but this is an annoying item to sell to customers, you can tell they dont want it.
