Pros

Overall the company is great to work for and glad to have it under my belt. What is most gratifying is that amidst the recession is that Best Buy has come out on top. You can learn a lot in service positions and gain useful product knowledge.

Cons

Best Buy seems to do a lot of in-store career promotions. Sometimes the employees that hold these positions may not have been technically qualified for the position but generally pick up on the trade quickly.
