      Pros

      Best Version Media takes pride in hiring people who fit its culture and it shows. I work with a team of helpful, enthusiastic, competent people, and it's clear that they all love what they do. I have all the support I could need from my supervisor, but at the same time I am trusted to do my job well without being micromanaged. My ideas are welcomed and I feel like a valued member of the team.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but you need to be responsible and self-motivated to make BVM's flexible scheduling options work for you and that structure may not suit everyone.

      It took me a long time to find a company with the incredible culture and support that Best Version Media offers. This company recognizes your strengths and abilities and lets you, without micro-managing, go forward and excel in your position, always there for support and advice. For me, Best Version Media is not a "job'' but a lifestyle! Best company I have ever worked for, hands down!

      I’ve been working at Best Version Media for almost 2 years now and have enjoyed every moment. I’ve never work for a company with such integrity, and who treat their employee so much class. Working for a company like Best Version Media makes me want to bring in my “A game” each and every day.

      Cons

      I honestly can’t think of any cons. This is the best company that I’ve work for and would never consider leaving.
