The ability to be able to help businesses grow while bringing people together is why we do what we do! The culture is by far the best we have ever experienced . Dave Durand is an amazing leader who's heart is truly with each and every publisher. You are in charge of your income level. The sky is truly the limit.

This is an amazing company to work with. Paramount leadership and culture. In my opinion, Dave Durand is the greatest CEO, sales coach, and leader in America. Dave understands human nature unbelievably well and his ability to speak to the core of all people is something I have always found fascinating. I can testify that I have personally learned and grown more with Best Version Media in one year than I feel I ever would have elsewhere. Additionally, this is an incredible avenue for local businesses to BRAND in their target market. The residents love the magazine, and that is the key for local advertisers!

Cons

Some businesses will still not understand branding even after full explanation. Some people hear what they want to hear. That can be a frustrating thing at times. This is not a coupon book or direct response advertising. This is Top-of-Mind awareness and branding in target markets with affluent buyers.

Hands down the best work expereince I have ever had. I started with Best Version Media in a sales role and have since moved into a home office role. I have had many positions within many different industries and none of them compare to working at Best Version Media. I have been an entry level employee and I've been in management. Most places I've work had a divide between employees and managment, but not so with Best Version Media. There is a real sense of everyone being on the same level just in different roles. This is a level of professional respect I have never seen and is the number one reason why I love it here. The expected work hours, compensation and benefits are all very fair and there is always room for advancement.

Cons

I honestly can not think of a negative thing to say. This isn't a place you should come if you want to mail it in or coast. The sales side requires you to work hard and it's not for everyone but you get out what you put in. As for the office role, everyone works hard every day doing what they do and they expect the same from their co-workers. It's a great enviroment to be in and so nice to be a part of a great company like one.
