Pros

They have good benefits and the work load is very light.

Cons

Management is completely clueless. Promotions are given by nepotism and how much you butt smooch. Nothing is based on the actual job you do.

Pros

Discounts, company is flexible with work schedules, onsite cafeteria

Cons

Long term employees not open to new ideas, management allows those employees to run everything and make decisions for their team. Long hours to take care of everything needed. Not a lot of room for advancement, expensive medical/dental, hotel owners can be condescending and rude and they are the customers
