Pros

The hotel is very nice for being in the small town of Lytle. I met a lot of really great people, both co-workers and guests. The owner of the hotel is a really nice guy most of the time.

Cons

They don't pay enough for all the different jobs they want you to do. The owners wife and daughter are rude to the employees and guests. They walk behind the housekeepers snapping their fingers wanting them to move faster. I have seen housekeepers cry due to being treated poorly. They have gotten into arguments with guests. The list goes on....

Pros

Some of the nicest owners ever, really good job if you can put up with someone having control of every thing not giving you a say in anything.

Cons

The manager gets into employees home buisness, insults , humiliates, and pushes his employees to quit. Reviews can be harsh, and some times guest can be really hard to deal with.
