Pros

People are highered for customer service, so everyone has a great personality, every hotel under the company is different since its all independently owned and operated.

Cons

Guests that just like to complain, and aren't immediately compensated, tend to go to corporate, and corporate charges the hotel up to $100 for every complaint they get, so it's kind of a messed up system for a service industry where people are told if they complain they get free stuff.

Pros

The building is air conditioned and they have covered parking.

Cons

There is no loyalty towards employees and management will not hesitate to stick a knife in your back or suddenly fire 400+ people...

Pros

Some people really try hard to make the company great.

Cons

Top heavy management. Everyone is in charge so hard to figure out who you really report to.
