Pros

Co workers were nice to work with from time to time

Cons

Micro managing from GM, hard to get time off, lots of sexual harassment from the male employees, no company holiday party. I was hired amongst three properties and it wasn’t until my first day that I would out it would actually be three part time jobs and not just one full time job.

Pros

There were times they were nice to me, but only at face value. They were just happy I was there so they could sleep at night. Lots of downtime to read or watch tv etc. I met some very nice people who stayed there, The job itself was easy (owners made it more difficult than it had to be) I give 2 stars ONLY because of the guests and because I did like the job itself without all the toxicity that was enmeshed in it.

Cons

Staying up all night itself is a big adjustment I was willing to take, but not when I had to deal with other things on top of that. Overly critical over the most minuscule things. Almost zero training. I was expected to figure things out on my own, I was taught wrong ways to do things then gaslit until I finally provided proof that they taught me wrong. Treated like an idiot if I asked questions or made mistakes even my first week there. They didn’t care to train me yet treated me like I was stupid for not knowing everything right away. Zero encouragement or support. They didn’t care about me at all they just wanted me there so they could sleep. A husband and wife ran it and lived on the property and there were only 3 other workers and it was a nice sized hotel. So basically they didn’t want to extend much help or support. They wanted the burden of my job to be on me to figure stuff out, They said they’d train me if I went in on my day off , but they couldn’t stay one night with me showing me things on the system properly? That’s all it would’ve taken and it would’ve avoided a lot of issues i experienced. They also didn’t care about their guests. I witnessed them talking bad about their guests behind their backs. Maybe they’re burned out and strictly just there for the money and that’s all.
