Pros

Overall, the company and job were great. Awesome benefits (especially the 401k). Treated with respect and not micromanaged at all.

Cons

We (approximately 75% of the corporate staff) were dropped like a hot potato when Covid took effect. No severance. No good buys. No health benefits (unless you wanted to pay full Cobra). Many staff had been with BW for 20+ years and let go via phone call, email, etc. Horrible! The higher ups all kept their jobs and fat salaries. My ratings are based on the way this whole process happened and the outlook of BW and all hotel companies.
