Things were going pretty good before the pandemic.

Cons

When you layoff 80% of your staff, how do you expect the same amount of work to be done!! Management on our cases about high call queues and handling time but there is literally just a handful of us left. God forbid any management do anything to help!! Playing games and watching movies while they tell us to bust our butts. Yeah, that's really happening..... On top of all that, why would you roll out a new system, that barely works, with minimal training, while we are all working from home! Come on!

The RDC position was a dream job. I worked from home and traveled to the properties I managed. My team was amazing, and we still keep in touch. Many of my coworkers had been there for over 5 years, and I was hoping it was a place I could do the same. There were great benefits. David Kong (CEO) was very articulate and members I talked to respected him.

Cons

Things were constantly changing and there was a lot of putting the horse before the cart. BW liked to focus on strengths, however they didn't seem to consider them before putting someone into a position. And, of course, COVID-19 hit them hard and they had to layoff many of my coworkers and me. I didn't feel like my ideas would be taken seriously by my managers.
