Pros

Entry level to Corp/ call center environment

Cons

Chose to lay off single mothers during covid but spent lots of money remodeling. Before covid lots of issues with harassment and HR hiding issues by firing employees who complained.

One word - TOXIC

Pros

The ability to travel and a good 401k plan with matching.

Cons

Too many to count. It's like High School all over again. You don't get promoted or recognized if you aren't part of the right crowd. Ideas are stolen and taken as their own. Never appreciated and treated like a child constantly from the CEO and upper management (you aren't even allowed to say hi to the CEO if you're in the same elevator - how's that for inclusive and approachable?). There aren't any development opportunities and the Board of Directors run everything at this company - a bunch of men in a room making decisions for their 'diverse' company, with no appreciate for the actual people keeping the lights on.

Lack of flexibility is sinking the ship

Pros

Extra 4 floating holidays Sick time can accrue and roll over if unused Generous 401K matching Coworkers are easy-going

Cons

As of May 24, 2021 remote work will not be allowed unless you are in IT or call center - or have extenuating circumstances which needs CEO approval, or you need a medical accommodation. Our hotel employees work full time at hotels so we are expected to work full time in-person at HQ or the GOC in Phoenix, AZ, 5 days per week, no hybrid schedules. Low morale - Between people getting laid-off, fired or just leaving over the past few years we are lacking staff to do the job.
