Pros

I like to keep busy personaly, but getting paid to sit around on the off hours is kind of nice Helping people is something I look for in all my jobs 50% the restaurant next door is always a good bonus! Best Western Reward sign up points

Cons

Independently owned franchises mean rules, standards and benefits differ from one location to the next Limited hours during off season with no chance of overtime Little room for advancement Schedule is not flexible
