Pros

I work with a mostly great group of people.

Cons

Inequality in treatment of employees. Kissing up is valued way more than it should be, but that is the way to get ahead if you aren't really good at your job.

Pros

Cons

long hours, low pay, no recognition for a job well done, just always being told when they think you aren't doing it their way. having to do the work of 3 people alone
