Pros

Not a hard job, get time off when needed, get best western rewards points for signing people up for rewards program

Cons

No room for advancement, management doesn't care about anything accept themselves, front desk supervisor talks about all front desk agents behind their back, they only accomadate you when it's convenient for them, no benefits and minimum wage salary

the co workers were nice, the guests who came on a regular basis were very friendly, you were able to eat breakfast during your shift,

Cons

the management the work hours no communication favorites were played not a good career choice for someone looking to make it in the hospitality industry employees can do what they want with not getting reprimanded

Horrible management - inability to move up in the company - unfair scheduling - lack of care for the product making it VERY difficult to do your job.
