Under staffing makes job stressful. Main problem is low pay and benefits.

There are unfortunately a lot of cons, especially the longer one works there. - If you don't get good starting pay, you're never going to have good pay - The course schedules are unreasonable for teachers - So understaffed it has to be illegal (not enough people to quickly watch a classroom to eat a snack or even go to the bathroom) - HR department that is extremely unprofessional and late for everything that doesn't directly impact them - You only get to spend an average of 10 minutes with each student, which really isn't enough time to teach them anything - There's no company culture - The turnover rate is so high that someone new is always being trained and slowing down the already cramped time schedule. - Teachers don't always know what they're doing.
