Pros
Some of the site managers (mine in particular) were excellent and made working here bearable. And there is some flexibility in gaining more hours if you wanted to fill in for other tutors. Also, working with young kids can be very rewarding at times.
Cons
The owners are cheap.. I worked for two years without a raise. When I asked for a raise of more than $1 they refused. I got nothing but excellent reviews from my manager, but apparently that wasn't good enough. There's a relatively high turn-over rate because there's not much room for growth and there's no set pay-raise scale.
